"Eric, I personally wanted to thank you for the professionalism and courtesy of the crew that helped my family move. Tristan and his crew arrived ten minutes early and once there got to work quickly and efficiently. We were completely moved in within five hours to our new apartment. We have unpacked everything and not one scratch or chip has been found on our belongings. The anxiety we had about moving companies stemmed from our previous experience, which was less than pleasant. Putting your trust into, for lack of a better term, strangers to move your personal belongings can be a gut wrenching experience. However, from the very beginning of the process, starting with meeting you, the head of the company, for a free on-site estimate to the final piece of furniture placed in our new place was a worry free experience. I would also like to thank you for being the only company to offer a free on-site estimate from a total of six other moving companies we contacted. The other company’s idea of a moving estimate was done over the phone with me trying to describe the furniture we have and about how many boxes I thought we would have. Words cannot express how happy we are with Smooth Movers, Inc. and we will definitely use the company again and can recommend the company without hesitation."

" Your company lives up to its name. Every one of your five men worked harmoniously and in concert with one another, moving our over sized furniture down three floors out of the old place, and up one floor into the new place. They were very courteous and extremely careful not to bump the walls and scratch the furniture. Even though it was very tough on them, they remained focused and worked cooperatively to move as much as they could within the time frame and budget we agreed upon at the onset of this work order. While your quote of five hours necessary to do the job, actually ended up taking approximately 40 minutes less, and costing $40.00 less than your original quote, we decided to apply that amount back to your company and your men for their back-breaking effort to work within our budget. When we move again, and I am sure we will since it is our long term plan to own a home of our own, we will most definitely call you to get the job done. Unfortunately, our experience with the other people we mentioned above, didn’t measure up to the way that you, your company, and your men do business. It was so disappointing, but quite an eye-opening experience to see the difference between people with integrity, efficiency, and good working ethics such as yours, and the exact opposite from the other people we did business with to get our household and our family relocated. To say the very least it was the difference between day and night, light and dark!
