The results of your research will be crucial in finding out what kind of moving company you may be looking into hiring. Ask them how many complaints have been filed against that company and also ask how many are unresolved. Many complaints against a moving company, even resolved , is NOT a good  and a clear indicator of how they conduct business. A quality moving company will have few complaints .
